QR Code for Business Cards: Share Your Contact Details Instantly
A QR code on a business card turns a piece of paper into a saved contact. Instead of typing your details, new contacts scan once and add you to their phone.
Two ways to do it
- Link to your website or LinkedIn. Short, simple, and easy to scan. Details can change on the page without reprinting.
- vCard (contact card). The code contains your name, company, phone, email and website directly, so it works offline.
Create a vCard QR code
- Open Loqo and select the Contact tab.
- Enter your name and only the details you want to share.
- Add your logo and brand colors.
- Download SVG and place it on the back of your card.
Design tips
- Keep the code about 2 cm square or larger. More fields means a denser pattern, so include only essentials. See print size guidance.
- Leave the white border around the code.
- Add a tiny label like "Scan to save my contact".
- Use a matte finish.
Privacy note
A vCard code is static, and anyone who sees the card can read what is inside it. Use a business phone and email, not personal ones. Loqo generates the code in your browser, so your details are never uploaded. Read our privacy policy.
